update Dr Campbell bitched at me unprofessionally and told me he does not want me at his business and that it's ok for the staff to be mean or ignore my call when I need help with my animals. also he was on vacation when he read the above review and I have a cat in need only he refused to care all because of the review.wth?!
most of the time they are helpful after I called today and got on hold and yelled at that the animal I need to have looked at is not important at this time. been a long time customer, but I see where I stand and I can't get help. I understand they get busy but waiting almost two days prior today after I left a messege, only to be shut down is making me rethink where I should have my animals health care should be.

Very friendly and caring staff. Have been going there since Dr. Campbell and Dr. Sneden took over. Had to have my 14 year old dog put down shortly after they came in and Dr. Campbell was incredibly compassionate. It was a tough time but it would have been worse if it hadnt been handled so well by both he and his staff. Dr. Sneden is also a wonderful person whos love of animals always shines through, and trust me I have a lot of experience there, my dog has had a lot of issues. The wonderful staff treats my dog like a celebrity when she comes in, couldn't ask for a nicer group of people.
